What is your return or exchange policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send a photo to info@juniperandpineorganics.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We are hoping to change that, so please check back soon.
How soon will I get my order?
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding Holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

What does Juniper & Pine stand for?
I wanted something personal and unique. I loved Pine because it reminds me of the pine-scented candles of the hotel my husband and I stayed at during our little getaway right before he was deployed to Iraq for the first time. From then on, I would always light a few pine-scented candles whenever I found myself missing him too much.
The Juniper part of the name is because I always loved the look and sound of Juniper so when I was trying to come up with the brand name, it was an easy pairing with Pine.
How long do my products last?
Our products have a guaranteed shelf life of 1 year. Though when stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture, many will last longer.
Are all of your products cruelty-free?
Yes! Juniper & Pine products are Leaping Bunny Certified, which means that a trusted third-party certification entity went through not just our company practices but also made sure that our manufacturers and formulators are 100% cruelty-free and do not conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals.
Which Juniper & Pine Products can vegans use?
All of Juniper & Pine’s products are vegan, with the exception of our Papaya Fuse Cleansing Oil, which contains beeswax. All other products are free of animal ingredients or by-products and are vegan-friendly.
Are all of your products free of GMO’s, gluten, and synthetic fragrances?
Yes, we prohibit the use of GMO ingredients, synthetic fragrances and gluten in all of our products. Additionally, all of Juniper & Pine’s products are free of parabens, phthalates, silicones, and other known or potentially harmful ingredients.
How do I read an ingredients label?
The ingredients label is the best place to find information about a product. The label is listed in descending order from the highest concentration to the lowest concentration. If you are unsure what an ingredient is, or if it is good for your health, check out the EWG Skin Deep Database or download the app Think Dirty.
Can I use Juniper & Pine Products if I have sensitive or problematic skin?
You bet! All of our products are safe and perfect for all skin types, including those who have oily skin or are prone to breakouts. Our products contain many natural antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are anti-inflammatory and help reduce redness and blemishes on the skin. People with sensitive skin or allergies generally see positive results due to the integrity of our products.
Will the botanical or essential oils in the products make my skin oily?
No! Botanical and essential oils help to restore your skin’s natural moisture balance. They should not clog your pores, cause breakouts, or lead to excessively oily skin.
